Axiad IDS (Identity Solutions) is an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution provider. Working with industry-leading technology vendors, we distribute, integrate, and offer unique on-premises and cloud based solutions that address password vulnerabilities and solve the issues related to one simple question: who is accessing your data.

We are seeking a junior to mid-level Inside Sales professional.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Combine the best of Inside Sales with Channel Sales to provide our resellers an exceptional service, and generate leads on behalf of our vendors
  • Identify, nurture, and close opportunities with both new and existing customers, manage forecasts on a quarterly basis, and track customer data
  • Make 25/50 calls per day to build and manage a lead pipeline
  • Prospect into multiple organizations via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and the web
  • Articulate the Company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest. Promote software solutions with various management levels and professionals across technical and business disciplines
  • Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions
  • Provide baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call
  • Be responsible for a portfolio of Value Added Resellers, with whom you will be expected to interact on a regular basis to assist them with opportunity closure, enablement and motivation
  • Contribute to every component of the critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle (forecasting, reporting, customer database maintenance and data entry, correspondence, and communications)
  •  Provide weekly activity report to management
  • Update lead rank/stage and prospect interaction in online CRM

Required Knowledge and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  •  2+ years business experience
  • Ability to understand and promote technical offerings and solution sets
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling
  • Ability to create a good impression with IT organizations and get “a foot in the door”
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases used in marketing a plus
  • Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment
  • Experience using CRM tools like or
