You will acquire first-hand knowledge of both traditional “on-prem” and cloud solutions. With the increased demand for strong authentication and identity management solutions, our company has seen significant growth over the past couple of years and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team of security experts.
We are currently seeking a Junior Account Manager to manage our commercial accounts and be responsible for growing the business with targeted commercial customers. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and upsell products and services. The successful candidate will effectively communicate Axiad IDS’s value proposition, strategies, services, and solutions to customers. You will work cross-functionally, with other teams such as Consulting Services, Product, Marketing, and operations, in order to meet customers’ needs.
Responsible for growing business with existing Axiad IDS customers
Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
Report on the status of accounts and manage forecast in CRM (Zoho)
Suggest company product and services that maximize client satisfaction
Communicate product and pricing details clearly
Coordinate with Account Executives to create customized account plans for key clients
Demonstrate leadership building and managing teams in support of customer opportunities
Proactively seek to understand customers’ business problems and use cases and solve them with our best-in-class solutions
Provide feedback to the product group and business operations on customer requirements
Identify and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Proven work experience as a Junior Account Manager or in relevant sales role
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or Zoho)
Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
Effective presentation and negotiation skills
High degree of professionalism
Good time management skills with a problem solving attitude
BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
Must live in the Bay Area and work from our Santa Clara office, CA
Travel up to 30%
